Top 10 Psychopath Films



Not only makes the audience goose bumps, but the mystery presented by these films makes us sharpen the brain to guess what will happen next. Not infrequently the theme of this movie will be used as a horror movie. But for those of you who do not really like the sprinkling of blood or heartless crazies, you should think twice or find friends to watch movies like this. Because it is not impossible, you will feel scared or even disgusted when watching a movie like this, haha.

But before watching the next movie, you should know that there will be many adult scenes and sadistic scenes that are on the following movie list.






1. The Silence of the Lambs (1991)





Clarice Starling is an FBI candidate assigned to research a cannibal killer named Hannibal Lecter. Starling had to interrogate and extract information from Lecter in a crazy special prison. Starling wanted to ask Lecter's help to catch another serial killer who no less mad than Lecter. The killer likes to skin the victims. Starling's struggle was not easy because apart from having to uncover the identity of the killer, Starling also had to deal with Lecter who always tried to manipulate her.







2. Se7en (1995)





Tells the story of two detectives investigating a serial murder case from a mysterious sociopath called "John Doe". The killer has a motive of "Seven Deadly Sins" to show a special message to the world. Detective Somerset is a veteran detective, while Mills is a novice detective. Both find that every victim who died tragically is always associated with one of the sins of the Seven Deadly Sins.

As they continue to investigate the modus operandi of this killer, the killer is trying to get into Mills mind.







3. American Psycho (2000)





Patrick Bateman is a handsome, educated, and intelligent man. He is twenty-seven and is enjoying a luxurious life full of riches like the American dreams. Bateman works during the day on Wall Street as a New York investment banking executive, and he earns a lot of money. But at night Bateman transformed into a psychopath, and headed into insanity, as he began experimenting with fear and violence.

Patrick Bateman, concealing his sadistic alter ego, from his co-workers and friends as he dug deeper for unnatural, fantasy and violent gratification.







4. No Country for Old Men (2007)





In rural Texas, an ordinary man named Llewelyn Moss found a huge amount of money, the result of the drug deals that gone wrong. When Moss sees that the smugglers are dead, instead of reporting to the authorities, Moss intends to bring the $2 million dollar for himself. This makes the sadistic and psychotic killer named Anton Chigurh chasing Moss. Anton is a psychopath who will do anything to get his money back.







5. A Clockwork Orange (1971)





Tells the story of a protagonist named Alex DeLarge who is a violent youth living in England. One day, all his luck had run out and finally Alex was arrested by the authorities on charges of murder and rape. While Alex was imprisoned, he began to learn about an experimental program in which inmates were programmed to hate violence, so that they could all repent.

If Alex goes through the program, his punishment will be reduced and he will be free again on the streets sooner than he expected. But Alex had to endure an ordeal, even worse than before he went to jail. Will Alex change?







6. The Dark Knight (2008)





Who is not familiar with this legendary film ? Batman not only tells the story of a superhero who defeat crime, but Nolan's Batman film also tells the true hero that the world needs. Despite not having any strength, armed only with martial arts and very much money, Batman set out to eradicate crime.

When a super villain shows up and upsets the whole city, Batman has to face his greatest challenge both physical and psychological challenge to uphold justice in Gotham city.







7. The Shining (1980)





A family agrees to take care of a remote hotel during the winter. The hotel has a dark past filled with violence. It made everyone at the hotel nervous and scared. Suddenly, there was an unexpected presence of an evil spirit that affected the father for violence. His son named Danny tries to use his supernatural powers to tell people about the incident.





8. Gone Girl (2014)





Having a beautiful wife, charming, and smart, may be the dream of most men in the world. But what if your wife who looks beautiful and good, apparently is a psychopath ? That's the main theme of this movie.

Nick (Ben Affleck) and Amy (Rosamund Pike) are pairs of lovers who love each other. But perhaps because of the saturation, they become quarrelsome and conflict.
